FGC/FACS Quality Assurance Activities
Family Guidance Center Corporation's Quality Assurance Plan seeks to assess and evaluate the quality of the agency's programs and services on a yearly basis. The annual report utilizes information acquired from qualitative and quantitative assessments which aid in determining program success and aspects that need improvement.
