FGC/FACS Quality Assurance Activities

Family Guidance Center Corporation's Quality Assurance Plan seeks to assess and evaluate the quality of the agency's programs and services on a yearly basis.  The annual report utilizes information acquired from qualitative and quantitative assessments which aid in determining program success and aspects that need improvement.  Family Guidance Center's Quality Assurance Plan includes the following activities:

• Consumer Satisfaction Surveys
• Focus Groups
• Length of Stay Analysis
• Utilization Review
• Client Record Review
• Review and Revision of Agency Policies
• Risk Management
• Program Outcome Data Collection
