Cancellation Policy

 

  • While we do appreciate that life events sometimes prevent clients from keeping their scheduled appointments, repeated appointment attendance problems may result in termination of services and referral to other providers.
  • Clients refusing or repeatedly canceling their individual or group therapy sessions will not be able to continue receiving prescription services.
  • If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let the office know 24 hours in advance so that the time may be used to provide services to others. Clients may leave a message at our office 24 hours per day, seven days per week by calling (609) 587-7044
  • There is a $25.00 charge for appointments that are failed or cancelled without 24 hours notice. This fee will automatically be charged to your account.
