Please note the following if you are receiving clinical services at our agency:
While we do appreciate that life events sometimes prevent clients from keeping their scheduled appointments, repeated appointment attendance problems may result in termination of services and referral to other providers.
All clients receiving medication services must also receive counseling/psychotherapy services (individual/couples/family and/or group treatment) unless other arrangements are specifically made by your treatment team (prescriber and clinician).
We make every attempt to accurately determine the client's specific insurance benefits before treatment begins; however, any financial discrepancies in a client's account due to incorrect information given us by the insurance company or the client, or a lack of timely client notification regarding any changes re: deductibles, copays, authorizations for service, changes in insurance carriers or benefits, etc., are the responsibility of the client.
All clients are expected to keep their fee account balances current. If you are experiencing any difficulties paying for your services, please immediately discuss this with your clinician.
Please make every effort to arrive a few minutes before each appointment to check in with our administrative staff.
Please turn off all cell phones and pagers while in our facility; any special circumstances requiring these devices to remain on should be discussed with your clinician.
