Behavioral Healthcare Services: Clinical Services Explained

Please note the following if you are receiving clinical services at our agency:

  • While we do appreciate that life events sometimes prevent clients from keeping their scheduled appointments, repeated appointment attendance problems may result in termination of services and referral to other providers.
  • All clients receiving medication services must also receive counseling/psychotherapy services (individual/couples/family and/or group treatment) unless other arrangements are specifically made by your treatment team (prescriber and clinician).
  • We make every attempt to accurately determine the client's specific insurance benefits before treatment begins; however, any financial discrepancies in a client's account due to incorrect information given us by the insurance company or the client, or a lack of timely client notification regarding any changes re: deductibles, copays, authorizations for service, changes in insurance carriers or benefits, etc., are the responsibility of the client.
  • All clients are expected to keep their fee account balances current. If you are experiencing any difficulties paying for your services, please immediately discuss this with your clinician.
  • Please make every effort to arrive a few minutes before each appointment to check in with our administrative staff.
  • Please turn off all cell phones and pagers while in our facility; any special circumstances requiring these devices to remain on should be discussed with your clinician.
